Bring on the Bridesmaids.

Due to the variety of body shapes (and big ta-ta's), I've been trying to find something that would work nice with everyone... these are a few of my favorites so far. Until I saw that the first two are around $260. Ugh.

Still in progress....

Vinewood Plantation

After (literally) MONTHS of online searching and visiting venues, I think we're hitting it pretty close on the head with this one... the only downfall that we have found is that we would have to move the wedding to April 7th----- the day before Easter.

(And p.s./ side note: the pics I took while walking, but for a $10 video camera I'm pretty impressed!!!)

She's a little bit country

We've talked in passing about smores for the reception... adorable idea!

Hay bales? Oh yes- hay bales. I can feel my mom's stomach turn. =)

Rhodes Hall

Man, if I could pick up a house and move it! Located at the junction of 75 and 85 off Peachtree in downtown

Pristine Chapel

We decided to pay Pristine Chapel a visit. Beautiful venue, but almost generic. If I was looking for a one-stop shop that will plan absolutely everything, this would be a great place. I'd like to be more hands-on and put my touch into it, vs answering a few choice questions and having them take it from there.

The lawn and lake are beautiful, but it seemed almost too cramped to have 150 people there. The setting is beautiful, but a bit too man-made for me.

The chapel was gorgeous- all the right touches, but it lacked a warmth that a chapel should have. It was stark. Beautiful marble, great touches, but no warmth.

Flowers, flowers, everywhere.

Here are a few flower arrangements that I've saved... I don't want the typical rose bouquets that are perfectly arranged, but rather something that appears more haphazardly put together- like a handful of flowers that was just picked.

And a few more I like...

So basically, I've found 8 different color combo's/schemes that I like that may or may not be used. Great.
